Vintage Stoneware CROCK PIE PAN Cook-Rite Cookin-Ware! - eBay (item 310053813742 end time May-30-08 19:34:22 PDT)This old crock pie pan is glazed inside, unglazed outside. The bottom is embossed, "Cook-Rite Cookin-Ware, Economy, Health. Reg. U.S. Pat. Off., Pat 91285."
I never heard of a pie pan made like a crock. Stoneware is supposed to cook evenly, so maybe it's harder to burn your pie? Someone loved this one and used enough to begin wearing off the glaze.
It's a beautiful brown inside like a bean pot. Outside is rather orange-tone clay embossed with easy-to-see lines and hard-to-see leaves.

WWII British Army No. 4 MK II BAYONET, SCABBARD, FROG! - eBay (item 310053078800 end time May-27-08 19:29:28 PDT)This WWII British Army bayonet is marked, "No. 4 MK II" on one side with LB monogram for the Long Branch manufacturer in Ontario. The other side is marked with what might be an N, up-pointing arrow, and what might be a 7 or Z--or NTZ? Or NT7? It's also embossed "75" two places and also lightly etched as if someone wrote 75 and it left a mark.
The metal scabbard is marked, "No. 4 MK 1" on the opening end. I see no markings on the heavy canvas frog either because there aren't any or they're covered with filth.
I'm not sure how the bayonet and scabbard fit into the frog. Another eBay seller had a bayonet like this and said it was for an Enfield rifle. Another seller said it was for probing mines which explains to somewhat screwdriver shaping on the tip.

Silver Surfer #4 1969 CGC 6.5 Low Distribution Buscema! - eBay (item 310052808647 end time May-26-08 20:35:55 PDT)This vintage Marvel comic is Silver Surfer #4 which was published in February, 1969. It had low distribution, but my man bought one and has kept it ever since. CGC has rated it at 6.5 with an insurance value of $700. CGC comments, "Restoration includes very small amount of color touch on cover. Off-white pages."
Because Joe was the only owner, CGC granted it Pedigree status. We'll include the CGC paperwork and Joe's application letter with the slabbed comic. This is a beautiful comic. Examine the pictures carefully. The only flaws are foxing on the back cover and very minor stress lines.
In this issue The Skyrider of the Spaceways encounters Thor. Hulk, Thing and Hercules cameos. Tales of the Watcher backup story. Stan Lee story, John Buscema cover. John Buscema, Howard Purcell, Sal Buscema and Paul Reinman art.

Vintage Brooks Black Leather MOTORCYCLE JACKET Mens 46! - eBay (item 310052539328 end time May-25-08 20:39:53 PDT)This vintage black leather Brooks motorcycle jacket is men's size 46 with a zip-out plush lining. The Brooks label appears on the plush liner and the coat lining.
I think it once belonged to a Harley-Davidson fan because I see the imprint and holes on the left chest where a Harley pin used to live. The right elbow and waist have heat damage where the leather got too close to something too hot and shrunk. There are still lots of miles left on this black leather motorcycle jacket.
