Vintage Wood MUSICAL MAIL TRUCK BANK King of the Road! - eBay (item 310040847535 end time Apr-19-08 18:31:33 PDT) This charming piggy bank is a wooden mail truck with rolling wheels and it plays music when you wind the key. The bottom is marked, "© Logomobile 1989 Made in U.S.A." There's a black plastic "Caplugs" stopper in the bottom opening which allows the saved coins to be retrieved.
The black printed design shows a cartoon driver in the old-style truck. The sides are marked, "United States Postal Service U.S. Mail." It's charming how the driver is drawn form all side as looking out the driver's side window.
The mail truck bank measures 6 inches long, 3 1/2 inches wide and 4 1/2" high. The music plays "King of the Road" ("I'm a man of means by no means...") when the key is wound up. It has a couple minor dents in the roof.

Vintage Wood KITZMILLER ACCOUNT FILE Bill Holder Spike! - eBay (item 310040845535 end time Apr-19-08 18:19:16 PDT) This old office tool is a hinged wooden spindle system for holding billing paperwork. The metal label on top says, "Write us before your supply of fillers are exhausted. Kitzmiller & Co. Account File, Unityville, Penna. U.S.A."
The metal label on the back says:The Kitzmiller Account File. There's a paper label pasted on the bottom telling how to use the system. None of the original account fillers are here. I imagine they haven't been manufactured in decades.
The wood has some wear, especially on the edges. The paper label instructions are worn away on some edges and there's a loose bit near the bottom. The hinges are strong and working, the spindles are solidly attached and meet properly.

1969 SILVER SURFER #4 Thor, Loki Low Distribution XLNT - eBay (item 310040000184 end time Apr-16-08 21:25:00 PDT) This copy of The Silver Surfer #4 features Thor and Loki. There was low distribution on this Marvel comic with John Buscema art. It was published in February, 1969.
This is an unread copy, bright and crisp, in excellent condition with high gloss. Inner pages are white, corners are sharp. Although almost 40 years old, it looks pretty much like it just came from the store.
There is very minor foxing, mostly on the back cover. In the middle of the back is a ripple that's not quite a crease.

Vintage 1991 ROLLERBLADE BARBIE Doll New in Box #2214! - eBay (item 310039696997 end time Apr-15-08 19:36:45 PDT) This is a vintage Rollerblade Barbie still in the original box. The side of the box says, "©1991 Mattel, Inc., El Segundo, CA 90245 U.S.A. Made in China. Manufactured for Mattel. All Rights Reserved..." The rebate notice on the front said the offer expired 3/31/93 so you know this is a vintage doll, No. 2214.
The banner across the box front says, "Barbie Rollerblade Skates flicker 'n flash!" Inside the box is a big pink hairbrush for Barbie and what looks like little gloves that match her headband and blouse ruffle.
She stands 12 inches high in her rollerblades and looks cute in her white vinyl crop top and shorts with hot pink belt and trim, hot pink earrings, knee pads and rollerblades. She has a single braid and long loose hair.
The back of the box says, "Make skates flicker 'n flash! Just hold doll's skates and roll!"

1994 Star Trek Deep Space Nine ODO MUG in Box, Figural! - eBay (item 310039427818 end time Apr-14-08 21:03:33 PDT) This official Star Trek Deep Space Nine collectible is a ceramic figural mug of Odo. I should have taken the full-face photo from a lower angle, because then it looks much more like him. Makes sense. The dude was tall. We're not used to seeing him from above.
It comes in the original box with a certificate of authenticity. The box and certificate are banged up. The mug is in excellent condition.
It stands about 5 inches high. The bottom is marked, "Applause Inc. TM. ® & ©1994. Par Pic, Made in Indonesia 45852. Odo. Not Dishwasher Safe. Do Not Microwave."
The Star Trek Deep Space Nine Figural Mug Certificate of Authenticity says, "We hereby certify that this Star Trek® Deep Space Nine™ Cardassian™ Figural Mug is one of a limited 2nd edition of 15,000 pieces created exclusively by Applause under license from Paramount Pictures."
