This vintage board game says, "Feed'n the Kitty, The Cat's Meow. No. 75 Manufactured by Selchow & Righter Co., New York, N.Y. Made in U.S.A." This is the company that made Parcheesi.
According to the directions, it's a game of skill and chance. "This is a fast moving, hilarious, easy-to-play game, embodying both skill and chance for old and young alike--suitable for 2, 3, or 4 players."
There are supposed to be 60 white poker chips; there are 63. Instead of 20 red and 20 blues, there are 19 of each. (You could mark an extra white one with red or blue, or use a couple buttons.) The only thing you need to supply are 2 dice--1 red and 1 white.
