This vintage juice harp is a musical instrument with a million names. It has lots of patina so you might want to clean it up before sticking it into your mouth and playing a tune. I see no maker's mark.
The big end fits into your mouth, so it's definitely adult size. Thrumming the twanger makes it vibrate a bit like a tuning fork. I bet that feels amazing in the mouth.
